Chad Nightingale is the founder and president of Nightingale Co. A licensed builder and general contractor, he started Nightingale Co. in 2002 and grew the company while maintaining a dedicated and committed emphasis on design and craftsmanship. Passionate about design and architecture, Chad has been involved in construction since the age of 15. A former finish carpenter, he now incorporates that creativity and attention to detail in all aspects of the company. Being a purist at heart, Chad relies heavily on the timeless traditions of his craft to successfully accomplish challenging and innovative projects. He is strongly versed in every aspect of the industry and always looks forward to bringing his client’s projects to life!
Mike Jones is the CFO at Nightingale Company. A licensed builder since 2001, he started as a carpenter growing up in a family with decades of knowledge and experience. His work is driven by the satisfaction of the completed product, not just meeting the customer’s expectations, but exceeding them to a higher level of detail that would be noticed by other contractors. He enjoys the structured chaos of a large project, and his interactions with Nightingale Co. employees keeps a balance of fun team work while executing a product of the highest quality.
Chris is our project development specialist. His job is to collaborate with clients, designers, architects, and vendors to bring the project details to life. Chris works with clients through the entire selections process to keep their project on task and work through the details of material pricing and options. His background is in operations and having worked for a large scale broadcasting company brings proficiency and technical ability to his craft.
Chris Lawrence started working with wood when he was 12 years old. His father was a wood shop and industrial arts teacher in Rochester schools for 13 years between Rochester High School and Adams High School. His passion for woodworking stems from over 4 generations of not only builders, but furniture makers and other craftsmen. In fact, Chris still uses tools that have been passed down through these generations today! Having owned his own company since 2005, his experience goes far beyond just construction, to jewelry and metal working, stained glass, mosaics, leather works, and furniture restoration. His approach is very traditional, with an emphasis on classical techniques and design. All of this combined brings an edge to Nightingale Co., and Chris’s interest in unique, one of a kind installations will be sure to set your project apart from the rest!
Matthew Marchesi is the Paint and Custom Finish Superintendent at Nightingale Company. He has been in the industry as a self employed painter since 1999 and his artistic temperament fuels his passion for this career. Matthew has a strong commitment to an excellent product and excels at training and motivating his team to meet Nightingale Company’s exceptional standards. He is particularly skilled in the art of decorative finishes and enjoys the detail such painting often requires. Matthew is often drawn to challenges as he enjoys finding innovative solutions to problems. His commitment to direct and open communication paired with his extensive knowledge and experience with varied painting techniques allows him to fulfill his ambition of creating a finished product the client has always envisioned.
Brian is the most experienced member of our team. He has decades of experience solving problems and managing crews. Ususally taking on the most difficult project, Brian and his team work efficiently and neatly to make sure projects maintain our exacting standards.
Sam is a construction veteran with years of experience in commercial and residential construction. His vast exeperience and passion for his projects serves our clients well and keeps detailed projects moving efficiently.
