PROPOSAL

  • Initial Proposal for client review
  • We use this meeting as a jumping off point to further develop the project

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

  • Completing architectural or design drawings to formalize the vision and desired results
  • Initializing the target construction schedule
  • Obtaining key supplier quotes and lead times
  • Approving final scope and budget including any selections made

PROPOSAL ACCEPTANCE

  • Establish draw schedule and retainers
  • Review and acceptance of the contract including deposit
  • Your project officially begins!

PRE-CONSTRUCTION

  • Establish the construction schedule and critical path deadlines
  • Final material selections and placement of necessary orders
  • Apply for city required permits

CONSTRUCTION

  • Completing the work: On time, on budget!
  • Weekly on site walkthroughs to keep you in touch with the project and make key decisions
  • Bi-Weekly draw process to stay up-to-date
  • Reviewing change orders throughout the construction process

PROJECT TURNOVER

  • Address the remaining punch list, and we stay available for questions
  • Transferring the completed and cleaned project back to you, the owner.
